Hampton Inn & Suites Worcester

Stayed here for 5 nights -Rooms were nice -Staff was always great & welcoming -Internet was like 120Mpbs, but did get some lag, which was strange because its really high for a hotel. -Complementary breakfast The only downside we experienced was the parking -When both hotels are full, the parking lot can overfill and you might not get a spot even though you pay $14 a night for parking.

I love staying at Hampton Inns on our travels, and our stay at this location has been quite comfortable with the Exception of the noisy occupants in the room above ours! Loud footsteps were heard and felt up until a bit after midnight, and now have begun again at 5:15 AM! Thankfully my husband is a deep sleeper and hasn’t been disturbed. I’m sure this is likely an unusual occurrence, and I don’t want to bother the front desk staff at this early hour with any sort of complaint….plus It won’t be a deterrent from future Hampton Inn stays. Update - Now it’s 5:45 AM and all seems quiet. Yay!! I’m wishing those folks safe travels.

Quiet location. Got it on priceline and the rates were very reasonable. Good breakfast. Coffee all day. Room was nice and all appliances worked including hvac. Parking is $15/day, which is typical of northeastern states. At least it wasn't $25/day like on Long Island. The last night I was there, the fire alarm went off. Firefighters were there in 2 minutes flat! It took a while for them to let us back in. Turned out someone plugged in their electric bike in their room and the battery started smoking. So, I can attest that the smoke detectors work! The lobby had very nice Christmas decorations out.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was decent, though it used to be a bit better. It could use a small refresh. Still, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the experience. It is a little different as it shares a parking lot with the Marriott. So there is a bar at the Marriott. They use the same management company so they are sister hotels. The gym was decent. It had yoga mats, dumbbells, etc.

This hotel meets the usual excellent standards of most Hampton Inns. My room was clean, mostly quiet, and comfortable. John at the front desk was especially personable and creates a very good first impression for those checking in.

Everything about this place was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the complementary breakfast! Only thing that caught me off gaurd was having to pay an extra $15 to park my car after paying over $200 for a one day stay. Thats on me for not reading up on parking, other than that, great stay and staff was very kind!

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent, though it would benefit from a wider variety of options. I was disappointed that the only egg choice was a Western-style omelette, which included peppers and onions—ingredients I can't have. The pool is currently closed, but guests are offered access to the neighboring hotel's pool, conveniently located right next door.
